Nutrition data

  • Open Food Facts: contains information from Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org), available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Individual contents fall under the Database Contents License, and product photos under CC BY-SA.
  • NEVO: based on data from NEVO online version 2025/9.0, RIVM, Bilthoven. The values are copied unchanged. An estimate from a photo of your plate comes from Bicapp, not from RIVM, and appears in the app as "Estimate".

The question we put to Claude and the way the photo is made smaller come from Fud AI (github.com/apoorvdarshan/fud-ai). We adapted them for Dutch food names and NEVO.

Exercises

The basic list of exercises comes from free-exercise-db, released into the public domain (The Unlicense). The English instructions for these exercises are the original text from free-exercise-db; the Dutch instructions are written by Bicapp, as are the instructions for Bicapp's own exercises. Images and cues are by Bicapp and the coaches.
